Two Core Programs

Mediation32 — Sponsor Benefits

Full-Page Advertisement — Sponsors receive a full-page advertisement on the M32 website, providing prominent visibility to every prospect who engages with the platform. This placement positions the sponsor directly in front of a pre-qualified audience actively exploring their divorce options.

Blogging Access — Sponsors have the ability to publish blog content on the M32 platform, establishing their expertise and voice within the program. This creates an ongoing touchpoint with prospects throughout their M32 journey.

Content Creation — For sponsors who want professional content developed on their behalf, content creation is available as an add-on service for an additional fee. This ensures sponsors can maintain a consistent and polished presence on the platform without the burden of producing it themselves.

Exclusive County Referrals — Each sponsor is designated as the exclusive referral recipient for all M32 prospects generated within their county. This territorial exclusivity ensures that every pre-qualified lead from their market flows directly to them.

Figurehead Status — The lead sponsor in each county receives Figurehead status, making them the visible face of the M32 program in their market. This positions them as the trusted authority on mediation for prospects in their area.

Platform Curation & Support — The M32 challenge is continuously curated and maintained, including ongoing updates, quality control, and technical support. Sponsors can be confident that prospects are always engaging with a polished and fully functional experience.

Ongoing Promotion — The M32 program is actively promoted through social media, professional networking, and referral network development to drive a steady stream of prospects into the pipeline. Sponsors benefit from this continuous marketing effort without having to manage it themselves.

Divorce Sprints — Monthly Cycle Services

Location — Each month requires identifying and securing a physical venue suitable for live, interactive training. This includes negotiating availability, confirming logistics, and ensuring the space meets program requirements.

Promotion — Monthly promotion spans social media publishing and social network engagement to drive awareness and registration for that cycle’s Sprint. This includes content creation, scheduling, and platform management across all active channels.

Referral Network Development — A structured outreach program engages a curated network of professionals who refer divorce prospects into the Sprint pipeline. This includes ongoing phone outreach, recruitment, relationship management, and communication to keep the network active and productive each cycle.

Sponsor Referral Network — Direct phone outreach is conducted on behalf of sponsors to develop and expand their individual referral networks. This is an ongoing activity that runs in parallel with the broader program cycle, strengthening sponsor relationships and driving additional pipeline for their practices.

Enrollment & Course Selection — At the point of enrollment, participants assess their situation and select the specific courses from the 32-course library that apply to their needs. This creates a customized learning path for each participant within that month’s Sprint.

Sponsor Coordination — Based on the courses selected, the appropriate sponsors — attorney, CFP, CPA, CFA, and others — are confirmed and scheduled to deliver their respective sessions. This requires ongoing coordination to align availability, materials, and sequencing across all active sponsors for that cycle.

Participant Confirmation — Each enrolled participant is contacted to confirm their registration, course selections, and attendance details for that month’s Sprint. This ensures accurate headcount and prepares participants for what to expect.

Sponsor Confirmation — Every sponsor delivering a session that cycle is contacted directly to confirm their assigned courses, schedule, and any materials or logistics they need. This step ensures all parties are aligned before the program begins.

Day-of Coordination — On Sprint day, you serve as the on-site coordinator managing all moving parts of the live program. This includes greeting and orienting both sponsors and participants, and ensuring all technology and room logistics are fully operational before and throughout the event.

Program Close — At the conclusion of each Sprint, participants receive a curated goody bag and are formally thanked for their attendance and engagement. This closing segment also includes structured introductions between participants and sponsors, creating the attorney referral connection that is central to the D32 business model.

Post-Program Follow-Up — Following each Sprint, all participants are added to the newsletter and entered into the ongoing communication pipeline. Any additional services arranged during the program — such as email access, resources, or referrals — are fulfilled and delivered at this stage.
